How long does it take to process my order?
When ordering a Gift Message in a Bottle it is shipped in one-three business days. Delivery takes 2-3 business days via US Priority Mail.
Wedding and Party orders take between 5-7 business days, after you give us a go to print.

How are they shipped? Gift Message in a Bottle?
Each Message in a Bottle is placed in a white box resting in a sea of white foam, the MIB appears to arrive on the white surf of the tide. All MIBs are mailed via US priority Mail, which is included in the price as well

How are they shipped? – MIB Kits, Invitations and Promotional products ?
Kits, invitation and promotional products that are bulked shipped via Fedex Ground, shipping is calculated at the time the order is processed by our staff. This insures you get the best possible shipping rate, saving you money important to us. 

FEDEX overnight shipping is never FREE or included in any pricing!!!! Nor is it implied
Fedex shipping cost $49.99 can be shipped out same day if ordered by 12pm noon Pacific time.

I am ordering wedding invitation what is the cost of mailing them on my end?
The cost of mailing a single MIB(glass) in a box is $5.95 per unit first class mail.
The cost of mailing a plastic MIB $4.45

I want to write my own wedding or party invitation is that okay?
The beauty of this product is that we can customize it for your specific needs, you can write your own message or even incorporate some of ours with your own ideas.

Will I get to see a proof of my wedding or party invitation?
Yes, we will send you an email proof and nothing happens until you tell us we can go to print.
We will make changes if necessary and we never go to print until you say so, remember We are the Experts over 20 years of doing this. Family owned and operated since day one.

Returns and Refunds

No returns/refunds on Gift Bottle Orers, or for party, wedding or promotional MIBs.

MIB Kits – returns/refunds must be made in less than 30 days after the order is shipped. There is a 25% restocking fee, the order(s) must be shipped back at your expense via ground service, Fedex or UPS. We will refund 75% of the cost of the product only, no refunds on shipping or handling fees. You must email us or call 714-698-4868 us to receive further refund/returns instructions. No refunds will be issued if you do not email or call us. Orders must be 100% intack, unused and in resellable condition.
